When you send a room reservation, table reservation, or contact request, we process the data you provide (name, email address, phone number, travel dates, special requests) solely to handle your request and your stay.

Data is stored on servers within the EU and forwarded by email to our reservation team. It is never used for advertising and never sold to third parties.

Online payment

Where online payment is offered, it is processed by our bank's certified payment provider (3-D Secure). Card data is handled exclusively by the payment provider and never reaches our servers.

Cookies & analytics

This website uses no tracking or analytics cookies. Only a technical session value is stored (e.g. whether a notice has been dismissed), which cannot identify you.
